PROTEIN GRANOLA

Ingredients

2 cups Quanarian Cereals + Proteins 

1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)

1/2 cup seeds (chia, sunflower, pumpkin)

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup honey

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160°C.

In a large bowl, mix together the Quanarian Cereals + Protein, nuts, seeds and shredded coconut.

In a small saucepan, heat coconut oil and honey over medium heat until well blended.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to make sure everything is well coated.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pressing lightly to create an even layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the granola is golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. 

Once out of the oven, allow the granola to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy this healthy snack with yoghurt, milk or vegetable drink.
