OATMEAL AND COCOA BISCUITS

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats 

1" cup Quanarian cocoa soluble

1/2 panela or brown sugar 

¼ cup melted coconut oil 

1 egg 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 

In a bowl, mix the oats, Quanarian cocoa soluble and panela or brown sugar. You can add chocolate chips to intensify the flavour. 

In another bowl, mix the coconut oil, egg and vanilla extract. 

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Form balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are lightly browned. Allow to cool completely before serving.
