HELATHY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados.

1/4 cup Quanarian 0% Sugar Soluble Cocoa

1/4 cup honey 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Pinch of salt.

Nuts, fresh fruit or cocoa powder for garnish (optional).

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients to start the recipe, making sure the avocados are ripe to achieve the right texture. 

Blend the avocados, Quanarian 0% sugar soluble cocoa, honey, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy. 

Transfer the mixture to individual serving bowls. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the mousse. 

Before serving, you can garnish with chopped nuts, fresh fruit such as strawberries or raspberries or sprinkle a little more soluble cocoa on top.
