HEALTHY SNICKERS BARS

Ingredients

1 cup Quanarian Cereals + Protein

1/2 cup peanut butter 

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup vegetable milk or drink 

1/2 cup chopped peanuts 

200 g dark chocolate (at least 75% cocoa), for the topping

1 cup dates 

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

To prepare the healthy caramel, soak the pitted dates in hot water for 10 minutes. After this time, process the dates in a blender with two tablespoons of the soaking water until smooth. 

For the base of the bars, grind the Quanarian Cereals + proteins and mix with the peanut butter and honey. Add the milk or vegetable drink little by little until you get a sticky dough. 

Now it's time to assemble the bars: line a square or rectangular baking tin with baking paper. Spread the cereal mixture and press into a compact layer. Add a layer of the date caramel on top of the cereal and a layer of the chopped peanuts on top. 

Finally, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring until completely melted. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel and peanut layer, refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove from the mould and cut into bars.
