HEALTHY CEREAL BARS

Ingredients

2 cups QUANARIAN® Cereals + Proteins 

1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts)

1/2 cup seeds (chia, sunflower, pumpkin)

1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, sultanas, dates)

1/2 cup honey 

1/2 cup almond or peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the cereals, nuts, seeds and dried fruit.

In a separate bowl, heat the honey, almond or peanut butter, vanilla essence and pinch of salt over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is well integrated.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a rectangular cake tin lined with parchment paper and press firmly to compact.

Refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up the dough. Once firm, cut the bars into the desired size. 

And voilà! Now you have your healthy QUANARIAN Cereal + Protein bars ready to enjoy as a nutritious and energising snack.
