COCOA ENERGY SHAKE
1 ripe banana
1 cup of milk or vegetable drink
2 tablespoons Cocoa Soluble + QUANARIAN PROTEINS
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Ice to preference
Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
Add all the ingredients in a blender, optionally you can add some ice cubes for a more refreshing smoothie.
Blend everything at high speed until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Check the consistency and taste, and adjust if necessary, adding more milk or vegetable drink if you want it to be more liquid or more cocoa if you want a more intense flavour.
