CHOCOLATE BROWNIE WITH QUANARIAN SOLUBLE COCOA
150 g butter
200 g sugar
3 eggs
100 g all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 g chopped nuts (optional)
100 g chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a square baking pan and line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.
Melt the butter: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Mix sugar and butter: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter with the sugar and mix well until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Incorporate the dry ingredients: Sift the Quanarian soluble cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt over the wet mixture. Gently mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Add nuts and chips (optional): If desired, fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips with a spatula.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not completely clean).
Cool and serve: Allow the brownie to cool in the pan before cutting it into squares. Enjoy these delicious brownies with the rich flavor of Quanarian cocoa!
